PUBLIC NOTICE Temporary closure of Long Furlong, Patching, 20th February 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that from the date specified below, West Sussex County Council has temporarily closed to all traffic Long Furlong, Patching, in the Arun District under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, on Long Furlong for a distance approx 5390 metres

The emergency temporary closure commenced on 20th February 2023 for a maximum of 21 days. It is anticipated that works will be completed on 21st February 2023.

The road closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Balfour Beatty undertakes emergency pothole repairs along the entire length of the road.

The restriction will be in place off peak only from 09:30 until 15:00 An alternative route will be signed on site but please visit https://one.network/? tm=132893695 for more details.
